Ag Team Laborer

We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Agricultural Technician to support day-to-day operations across our facilities. The ideal candidate would have general working knowledge of horticulture operations or a great eagerness to learn — which includes tractor operation, equipment maintenance, and greenhouse operations such as transplantation of small seedlings.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace throughout the shift
• Flex between greenhouse work, planting, and harvest season operations
• Hours must be flexible during planting and harvest seasons
• Ability to operate tractors safely and perform general maintenance
• Greenhouse Work — irrigation, fertilizing, transplanting, and general greenhouse maintenance
• Planting Season — dropping slips into the planter and moving and delivering plants to farm locations‍
• Harvest Season — operating a truck and trailer and assisting in unloading operations

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Experience in an agricultural setting is preferred but not required
• Experience hauling large trailers is not required but preferred 
• Must have a valid ID and clean driving record
• Knowledge of operating machinery is required
• Knowledge of general maintenance on tractors, trailers, and other farm equipment is required
• Knowledge of greenhouse work is preferred but not required
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, self-directed, and able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Comfortable working a flexible shift schedule (AM/PM) as needed to support production
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and be trained on all aspects of operations

Additional Requirements

• Standard hours: 7AM-3:30PM
• Must be available for flexible shift scheduling to support operations
