The role
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our customer engagement systems and campaigns. This role will lead the implementation of our CRM platform (Klaviyo), develop lead generation actions, build segmentation and lifecycle flows, and run end-to-end CRM campaigns across email and SMS. The ideal candidate is both data-driven and creatively attuned to our brand’s voice and mission.
