Agricultural Equipment Operator

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Farm Equipment Operator to support equipment operations and general maintenance across our farming locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of farm equipment including tractors, harvesters, and related machinery
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper working condition
• Identify and report mechanical issues and assist with repairs as needed
• Safely transport equipment and materials between farm locations
• Operate a truck and large trailer as required
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Flex between seasonal operations including planting and harvest seasons
• Hours must be flexible during peak planting and harvest seasons

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Proven experience operating farm equipment is required
• Basic to intermediate mechanical knowledge and ability to perform general maintenance
• Must have a valid ID and clean driving record
• Experience hauling large trailers preferred
• Ability to consistently lift 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Must be dependable, self-directed, and able to follow written and verbal instructions
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-oriented mindset

Additional Requirements

• Standard hours: 7AM-3:30PM
• Must be available for flexible shift scheduling to support operations.
