Reselo is a start-up that develops novel biomaterials to enable low emission products for consumers and industry. With our first material, Reselo© Rubber, we are aiming at replacing petrochemical rubbers in everyday applications.
We are expanding our team to meet the market demand and accelerate the commercialization of Reselo© Rubber.
Responsibilities
● Initiate, plan and execute material/product development activities within project timelines.
● Advance projects with a data-driven mindset.
● Work closely with the cross-functional team in quick feedback loops.
● Be curious to collect new information and think outside the box.
● Communicate work internally and externally.
Qualifications
● A degree in polymer chemistry or equivalent with a MSc or PhD.
● Profound knowledge of polymerization techniques, method development and characterization.
● Hands-on synthesis and analysis experience.
● Proven industrial experience of polymer synthesis, industrial processing, chemical and mechanical analysis or similar.
● Innovative, solution-oriented mindset.
● Ability to plan and execute tasks independently, organized and systematic, and work safely in a chemical lab environment.
● Experience within process scale-up is a bonus.
● English is a requirement, Swedish a merit.
● Driven by becoming the leading expert on our sustainable materials and their fundamentals.
● Eligible to work in Sweden.
